Graduating from Clarion University of Pa with a BSBA Degree in Computer Information Systems she embarked on a 15 year programming gig where she coded her self silly. Combining that experience and being a mother to 5 boys has somewhat prepared her for BubbleUp. Trying to maintain order requires her to wear many hats: Office Manager, Fulfillment Coordinator, Accountant, Photographer; just to name a few. If there is a job that no one wants to do - she gets it done.‹ Back

When not parked in front of a computer, Brad enjoys getting outdoors for some hiking, biking and 'yaking. Cameron has been a member of the Graphic Arts community since 1986 first beginning his career in the printing and publishing industries and later in Web and Interactive design-which has now become his primary focus. He holds a BFA in advanced graphic design with an emphasis in Web and multi-media technologies. Cameron is certified in the state of Colorado to instruct in the disciplines of graphic arts, pre-press and Web publishing and taught the same until moving to New England in early 2005. He enjoys outdoor activities, tech toys, design, the color green and working with the other dedicated professionals at BubbleUp.‹ Back

Charles Hancock joins BubbleUp as Creative Director with over 20 years experience creating award-winning communication strategies, marketing campaigns and dynamic websites for a wide range of corporate organizations and Fortune 500 companies.‹ Back
In his previous roles as Creative Director, Art Director and Instructional Designer, he worked directly with some of the largest oil & gas, medical, consulting, publishing and cosmetic companies worldwide. His work has been recognized by the Art Director’s Club of Houston, Houston Advertising Federation, US Book News and the Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast.
Charles has helped launch global brands and international marketing campaigns for several entertainment companies and Fortune 500 firms. Charles’ award winning design work has been featured at San Diego Comic-Con and other major exhibits and has been featured on the Today Show, Good Morning America, Extra, HSN and other national media outlets. Charles prides himself on getting to the core of a client’s needs, and being able to speak to their audience in a clear easy to understand method.
With over 25 years in software development, Chris has extensive experience in database and web application programming. He has worked for large organizations such as NASA, BP/Amoco, and Sybase, and was co-founder of internet startup company Performance Assessment Network. Chris' varied background makes him the swiss army knife of software developers (or perhaps the multi-purpose tool).‹ Back

Chuck graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a degree in Business Management and Economics. He brings to BubbleUp 25 years of experience in Manufacturing Operations Management. A progressive career in Quality Assurance, Inventory Management, Warehousing, Logistics, Production Management and Plant Management for the Coca-Cola Company provides a unique perspective of the business. Throughout his career, operational improvement in cost, quality and brand protection has been critical to his accomplishments. He has successfully lead his teams through numerous systems certifications such as ISO 9001 (Management Systems), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO18001 (Health and Safety) and ISO 22000 (Food Safety) through team building and empowering people to improve.‹ Back

Coleman graduated from the University of Arkansas Business School in 1979 with a degree in Data Processing and Statistics. He started his career as a computer programmer and has held several executives positions with companies such as Compaq, Powersoft, CyberSafe and Liberate Technologies. He has been part of 13 M&A’s, 3 IPO’s and has served on several corporate boards. He holds a patent in Interactive Television, was in the Top 100 Heavy Hitters of Cable Television in 2001, and was awarded the 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Sam Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas.‹ Back

With over 15 years of progressive marketing and communications expertise, David King joins BubbleUp as Vice President of Digital Media. Most recently, David served as principal communications officer for an integrated, six-hospital, health system located in the heart of the world’s largest medical center. In this role, David was responsible for brand strategy & marketing, emerging & social media, public relations and corporate communications. David served as senior communications counsel to the boards of directors during numerous strategic matters. During his tenure, David led the organization’s critical communications efforts through many significant changes, including a multi-billion dollar transaction and numerous transformative information system deployments.
David comes to BubbleUp as an award-winning marketing & communications strategist with large agency experience, and has worked with such companies as The Home Depot, Verizon, Honda Manufacturing of America, Intuit and the PGA TOUR. David brings significant change acceleration and innovation expertise, having led a multi-million dollar engagement with GE Healthcare, a project which has been featured internationally by GE and healthcare trade publications, as well as experience product development and commercialization for a technology startup acquired by Cardinal Health/Carefusion.
David holds a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration from US News & World Reports’ top-five healthcare program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where David ranked first in his class.‹ Back
Dave Pfenninger is a long-time business partner of CEO Coleman Sisson, and helped with the initial founding of BubbleUp. Dave was CEO of Performance Assessment Network (pan) previously, where Coleman served on the board of directors and Chris Hester was the CTO. pan was the first SaaS provider in the human resources/assessment industry, now part of Equifax. He has a PhD in clinical psychology and served on the faculty at Indiana University School of Medicine; is on the Advisory boards of IU's School of Informatics and Computing and the Dept. of Psychological and Brain Sciences; and has been Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year (2005) for Information Technology. Dave works with BubbleUp senior management on strategic planning and channel and business development opportunities.‹ Back
Davis Mallory joins BubbleUp from Universal Music Group's Astralwerks, where he worked on digital marketing campaigns and project management for musical artists The Chemical Brothers, Kraftwerk, Pet Shop Boys, Swedish House Mafia, David Guetta, Empire of the Sun and Kylie Minogue.‹ Back
Prior to Astralwerks, Mallory, who has a Business Administration degree from Florida's Stetson University, served as a business development representative for IBM Cognos business affiliate Brightstar Partners. He simultaneously authored MTV's New Music Mix on TheBackLot.com and NewNowNext.com and interned at boutique booking agency The Windish Agency.
Greg has been working as a software developer since graduating from Texas A&M University in 2009. His past development experience has included php development of in house applications used by Texas A&M's Computer Information Systems group as well as database installation and management to support these applications, receiving MySQL DBA certification in 2010. When not at work Greg enjoys spending time with his wife, building robots, woodworking, playing music, and horseback riding.‹ Back

Lee spent 10 years as a professional musician. He is a voting member of the Grammys (National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences) and a songwriting member of ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors & Publishers). He has performed over 1000 shows nationwide, appearing with acts such as Everclear, Third Eye Blind and Barenaked Ladies and his music is available on iTunes, Walmart.com, SonyConnect and Napster. He first utilized the internet to connect with and grow his own fan base and subsequently applied those lessons to the websites of fellow musicians. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Communications from Western New England College.‹ Back

Mike has been working with organizations to design, develop and manage internet marketing solutions for the past 14 years. Before joining BubbleUp, Mike was the Managing Director of an internet marketing agency based in Houston, TX, helping companies such as Burlington Resources, Reliant Energy and Choicepoint increase revenues, decrease operating costs and deepen customer relationships. Mike has held management positions with CCH Incorporated, Vanstar Corporation, Arthur Andersen, Reliant Energy and Cardinal Health. He has experience on both the agency and the customer side of internet marketing solutions and brings this unique perspective to the BubbleUp team. From that point on Mr. Newman has worked in a variety of management roles for several successful technology companies including Computer Corporation of America, Polaris Consulting, Vanstar and CyberSafe.
