Love Everybody is a lifestyle brand and media platform founded by multi-platinum country music star and humanitarian Big Kenny. The brand is centered entirely around a simple, powerful message: spreading love, unity, and global citizenship. Big Kenny brings the massive star power, the incredible storytelling, and the unmatched heart for philanthropy; our job was to build the corporate framework and digital technology to monetize that vision without losing an ounce of its authentic soul.
The Challenge
Grassroots movements often struggle to bridge the gap between "viral awareness" and "financial sustainability." While millions of people had seen and supported the Love Everybody message, the brand lacked a unified digital home and a structured commercial strategy. The challenge was to look at a massive, $300 billion ethical consumer market and design a multi-faceted business model that could simultaneously support high-quality media production, scale an e-commerce operation, and attract heavy-hitting corporate sponsors.

We knew we couldn't rely on just selling t-shirts. To build a true lifestyle empire, we mapped out an expansive, multi-tiered content and commerce ecosystem:
